Chef Oonagh has been a successful chef based in NYC with over 15 years of high end catering and culinary event planning experience. Chef Oonagh is a certified health coach with an in-depth background in optimal health and nutrition practices. She has enjoyed the privilege of leading both health talks and cooking classes for adults, teens and children. Her passion for teaching has lead to an incredibly dynamic menu of options she offers clients in customizing the perfect menu for their events.
Chef Alexis Aquino
Alexis Aquino started catering small dinner parties and consulting with young professionals on their diets during his college years at Columbia University. Post Columbia, Alexis chose the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) to obtain his chef diploma where he graduated with highest honors. Developing himself as both a private chef and a culinary educator, Alexis became Executive Chef and Curriculum Chair at FEDCAP’s Career Design School where he created a curriculum teaching adults with disabilities how to rewrite the narrative of their struggles by transforming food into brilliant statements of self-expression and independence. Chef Lex recently founded a nonprofit, Culinuity, Inc., whose purpose is to provide culinary solutions for food insecurity. Executing high end culinary events remains a passion as it allows Chef Lex to continue to provide employment opportunities for his graduated students. He is also available for private and corporate catering events and cooking demos in person or virtually.
